Mural Masurca Fogo - Kasinostr 27
The Pina Bausch Dance piece MASURCA FOGO, created in 1998 on a trip to Lisbon and co-produced with EXPO 98 Lisbon and the Goethe-Institut Lisbon, meets the Portuguese woman Tamara Alves from Lisboninspired by urban aesthetics, tells of raw passion instead of rational consideration.
The motif shows the figure of the balloon woman in one of her most famous scenes. Many thanks to Julie Shanahanwhich made this figure so famous and allowed us to immortalize it as a mural.
