Mural PALERMO PALERMO - Elberfelder Str. 23
The Pina Bausch Dance piece PALERMO PALERMO from 1989, created on a trip to Palermo and co-produced with the Teatro Biondo Stabile, Palermo, and Andres Neumann International, meets Andrea Buglisi from Palermowho cultivates his very own, collage-like pop art style.
For this mural, the artist was inspired by a photograph by the Berlin photographer Oliver Look and concentrated on two dancers: Ophelia Young and Tsai Yu Chin. Buglisi found both dancers to be particularly powerful and expressive in their dynamic movements.
